- 500g EPIROS Feta, Light Feta or Goat cheese, crumbled
- 120g EPIROS Concentrated Butter
- 1 kg flour
- 500ml milk
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Put aside a handful of flour and a tablespoon of EPIROS Butter.
Melt a little butter on moderate heat. Whisk the remaining flour with the milk and the concentrated butter in a bowl until blended.
Add the EPIROS Feta cheese to the mixture and stir well with a spatula or a large spoon.
Grease and flour a large baking tray with the ingredients you have put aside and then spread out the gruel you have prepared. The pie should not be taller than 2cm.
Bake the pie for approx. 30 minutes until the top becomes golden brown.
