KEFALOTIRI
Another of our hard cheeses, with the characteristic taste of traditional Greek hard cheese, is Kefalotiri.
It has a slightly salty flavor and is also made from goat & sheep’s milk. It is used ideally for “saganaki” (pan-fried cheese), grated on pasta but can also be consumed on its own.
