EPIROS TALAGANI IN THE OVEN WITH SPICY RED PEPPERS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 slice of EPIROS Talagani cheese (approx. 200g)
  • 1 medium-sized ripe tomato, chopped into cubes
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 small spicy red pepper – pepperoncino, sliced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Aluminum foil

EXECUTION

Put EPIROS Talagani cheese on a piece of aluminum foil and add the rest ingredients on top.

Wrap tightly and bake in a pre-heated oven in 200°C, for 10 minutes.
