- 300 g EPIROS feta cheese
- 1 package of filo pastry
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 table spoons sesame
- Frying oil
Cut EPIROS Feta cheese into thin rectangular pieces.
Make envelope shaped wraps with filo pastry.
Deep fry in medium high oil until the wraps turn golden.
Plating: While hot drizzle on honey and a hand full of sesame.
