- ½ kg. Epiros Feta cheese
- 1 cup of butter milk
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
- 1 small green chili
- 1 tablespoon of chili flakes
- Loaf of bread
In a blender combine green chili, olive oil and vinegar. Blend until pulp. In a deep bowl add Epiros feta cheese and start adding butter milk while kneading with your hand. When desired consistency is reached add pulp and chili flakes to taste.
Plating: Serve on grilled bread with a drizzle of olive oil.
