INGREDIENTS
- 150g EPIROS Butter
- 110g brown sugar
- 110g honey
- 170g oat flakes
- 50g flour
- 50g blond raisins
- ½ tsp cinnamon

EXECUTION
In a bowl, mix the EPIROS butter with the sugar and honey. Add the oat flakes, flour and cinnamon. Stir everything together and then add the raisins. Place the mixture in a greased and floured cak tin, lined with waxed paper. Bake in a pre-heated oven (160˚C) for 25-30 minutes.
When cool, cut into 3 x 8 cm bars.
