ALL TIME CLASSIC GREEK SALAD WITH EPIROS FETA

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • A few capers leafs
  • 250 gr. Epiros feta cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Round loaf of bread
  • Dried oregano

EXECUTION

Cut top of bread and hollow it out. Peel the tomatoes and cut into bread. Continue with cucumber, onion and peppers. Season with the salt. Add caper leafs, Epiros feta cheese and drizzle generously with olive oil. Sprinkle with oregano.

Plating: Eat bread!
