Epiros Semihard is a yellow kasseri type cheese, made from 100% cow’s milk.
It has rich taste and is a flexible cheese that reminds one of traditional “kaseri” (it cannot, however, be named “Kaseri” because it is not made purely of goat & sheep’s milk).
It can be enjoyed by the whole family at all times, in any dish, sandwich or snack and is the Greek answer to similar imported yellow cheeses.
