SEMI HARD GOAT CHEESE
EPIROS Cheese of hard goat cheese (as its name suggests) is made from 100% Greek goat’s milk from goat’s extensive rearing and is characterized by its white color and its high taste.
It is extremely rich in nutrients, vitamins, calcium, trace elements, is digestible, particularly beneficial to the body and is an excellent alternative for those who are intolerant to cow’s milk and cheese. It has a rich, buttery flavor and chewy texture. It is ideal for use in toast after it melts extraordinarily, releasing its special aroma, but also as an accompaniment to all our food and drinks.
